ECS Community Business Database (ECSCBD) is a subsidiary of Electronic Computer Services, Inc. which was established in 1994.

The ECSCBD was established to promote city businesses and give the residents of those communities quick and easy access to phone numbers, addresses, and pertinent information about local businesses.  This will allow the public to patronize and support businesses in their own neighborhood.
